Hotel Romeo Palace Pattaya

This hotel is fantastic for the price. It is a bit basic but it is adequate and the staff are really friendly and they want you to come back and visit again. The breakfast is only small but it is American and it is adequate and what do you expect for what you pay. There is a nice bar area in the hotel with an open aspect at one side. I don't recollect seeing a swimming pool but there may be one there. The area is quiet but there are bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk and about 4 massage parlours within a two minute walk of the hotel. I think this is an ideal hotel for someone on a budget who is happy with the basics. As a family man I would look elsewhere. Within a 2 min walk from the hotel you can book a taxi that will take you to Bangkok Airport for £25 or into Bangkok City for £27-50p. That is for the taxi not per person.
